I mentioned in my last Instagram Outfit Roundup that I’ve started documenting my daily outfits on Instagram & Facebook thanks to a big mirror in the restroom at work. While I hate that it’s the only way I can get a halfway-decent picture these days, in a bathroom with poor angles and harsh lighting, it’s kind of working for now, until I figure out this whole adulting thing and can take better photos. I hope you don’t mind. In some way, I actually like it because my life isn’t curated so why should my photos be? It’s real life, folks. My life. You’re welcome š
Here’s a closer look at each outfit.
We seriously overslept the morning I wore this outfit so I had to throw something together really quickly. While it’s cute, I wasn’t totally loving it. I think it’s because these cropped trousers went out of style for a bit (right?) but now they’re back (right?) so I’m figuring out where they fit in. But they’re so comfy that I’ll probably wear them forever! And looking back at this photo, I think the outfit itself is actually more cute than I originally thought.

I visited my favorite boutique in Wilmington over Labor Day weekend and found this adorable black and tan floral dress that’s perfect for fall. I can’t wait to wear it with tights, boots, and a scarf! I call it floral but the print is actually leaves, which is flora (no “l”) right? Whatever it is, it’s adorable on this dress.

This is another one of my favorite outfits because these white jeans are awesome. I can wear them during the week or on causal Fridays and they look good, no matter what. I don’t really have much else to say about this outfit except that it’s so cute and I have to keep myself from wearing it over and over.

This is a usual outfit that I will wear for a casual day at work. The last time I wore this was returning to work after Labor Day weekend and it felt like the Mondayest Tuesday ever. But I love how truly versatile this top is; I can dress it up with a skirt or slacks or I can dress it down with jeans like I did here and it will always look great. This is one of the best pieces of clothing that I own.
