I got this shirt on sale for $9 and it’s only purpose was for my Pitch Perfect Halloween costume (I was a Barden Bella) because it was too big for daily wear. But I liked it enough that I took it to the tailor. It can be worn in many different ways so I’m glad I spent the extra money to have it taken in. I love the way it looks tied in the front.
The shorts remind me of one those puzzles that ask how many triangles you can count. There seem to be a lot… not that I’ve tried counting. And chambray wedges? I don’t think it gets any better than that!
Old Navy was trying to hide these wedges from me on a high shelf but I made Nick fish around until he found my size. They can’t hide pretty things from me that easily!

I LOVE that you were a Barden Bella for Halloween! Pitch Perfect is one of my favorite movies, and that costume idea is so amazing!! I really like that you chose a costume that has pieces you can wear in your daily life as well…like this top! What a great piece for summer! It looks wonderful with your triangle shorts and fun wedges 🙂
Pitch Perfect is my favorite movie, too! I could watch it over and over and then over again. I’m really excited about wearing the short-sleeved blazer this summer because I can see it really polishing up any outfit – including this one!
Chambray wedges are such a brilliant idea!! And I am in love with those shorts. I’ve been really loving triangles lately…not sure why but they are really catching my eye, so these are just my favorite!
The wedges ARE brilliant! Why hasn’t anyone come up with this before now? 🙂 I’m trying to add more interest to my collection and I thought the triangles are such a fun print and perfect for summer. I’m looking forward to wearing them more!
Such a cute summer outfit!! Really love those adorable shoes, glad you were able to find your “hidden size!!” Gotta love Old Navy though!

Thanks, Amber! I may be short but I can certainly hunt down good style 😉
