I wore this outfit to the mall for some shopping and running errands. I paired the top with dark denim and a knit cardigan because it was still a little chillly out when I left the house. As soon as I saw this hat I knew I had to have it. I pictured wearing it with a black sundress or cute little jumper (which I’m on the hunt for!) and sandals on the beach. I have neither of those but it looks really cute with this outfit.

Definitely smart to play off a dark navy/black option! My patterned j.crew pants are technically navy, but they are so close to black that I can style them either way! WIN 🙂
